COMPENSATION:
• $75,000 starting or 30% of gross, whichever is greater
• Multiple associates already earning six figures (proven track record)
• Paid Holidays and PTO

SCHEDULE:
• Full patient schedule from day one: families, children, wellness patients
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (flexible / open to extending)
ONBOARDING:
• Two months of hands-on mentorship before going fully independent
• No marketing required from day one, your schedule is already built
THE PRACTICE:
• Serving the community 20+ years, principled and philosophy-driven
• A team built to stay (office manager 22 years, front desk 15)

• 4,000 sq ft clinic with a dedicated kids' play section, updated regularly
• Active in the community, including health lectures at the local hospital
TECHNIQUES:
• Diversified with drop tables, Flexion Distraction, Gonstead with X-rays every patient, Activator
• Personalized technique per patient, plus hand massagers and Theraguns
